So… it’d seem i’m the only one who has the drive to go to the gym 5 days a week and so another gym buddy has decided to drop out and go to a different gym :/
So now i’m flying solo, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to motivate myself, and now find myself in this glut where I don’t want to start anything fresh because new year is coming, and like some weird mental staple I won’t start something fresh unless it’s a new month… so have been quite unforgivingly munching on crappy food more often than usual and not been going gym for over a week. I feel crap.
Funny how food/small changes can affect your mentality.
So I’ve been talked into joining the new lifestyle switch from eating clean to straight up paleo diet! (Thanks to Chris Jericho)
